I hope the standards here keep getting better, since I’ve seen other luxury hotels in Morocco decline over time. The whole team deserves continued success, and I’m looking forward to coming back soon. Service was outstanding throughout, from the helpful reception team and valet to the quiet, polite restaurant and housekeeping staff. The management is high-quality, the staff seem exceptionally well chosen, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, just what you’d expect from a true luxury hotel.
