We stayed one night because of an early flight and the hotel's proximity to the airport. There was no coffee, tea, or coffee machine in the room. We were two people but had only one towel, and the new woman at reception said she couldn't give us another because the manager had left. Nobody else was reachable, so we couldn't get a second towel or arrange a taxi. We left by Uber on our own. When we returned, we found what looked like dirty shoes from a 'foreign' person had left prints on our wet shower mat. Someone had apparently entered the room, but we weren't told why, and we still had no second towel. Nothing was stolen, but still. Avoid.

A big thank you to Zakaria R. for all the help and assistance. Everything about this hotel was amazing, and I'd highly recommend it.

The reception staff and breakfast servers were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fine. But after four nights, I felt the price wasn't affordable for what we got. I booked based on the reviews and didn't find what I expected: the bed quilts were dirty at check-in, there were no slippers, and the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned well.

Mohammed Belkouchia deserves special thanks. He was humble and kind, took care of everything, and helped whenever I needed something, from kitchen items to different breakfast options. The other staff were welcoming from the start, and check-in was smooth. The modern, spacious apartment was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping kept it clean throughout, and the location was convenient for attractions, restaurants, and transport while still being quiet. Staff also went out of their way with requests, including arranging transport, suggesting local places, and bringing things to the room. The 24/7 reception was handy. My stay at BH appart hotel in Casablanca was amazing, with a nice mix of hotel service and apartment comfort. I'd recommend it for business or leisure and hope to return.

Abdellah Nasraoui, the manager, really went out of his way for me. It was raining, and when I had to walk 300m to another hotel for work, he drove me there in his own car. The staff were caring and friendly, and Abdellah was always available, greeting guests with a warm smile. I was there on a business trip and had a few room problems that meant changing rooms several times, but the front desk eventually handled it well. Thanks to the team for the hospitality.
