Hotel Casablanca City Center

We probably wouldn't stay here again. The rooms were okay for the price, but a bit dirty, and we saw bugs. The shower head was broken, and the breakfast was just okay. It was noisy at night too. What bothered us most was my wife seeing a kitchen worker leave a bathroom stall after flushing, then go straight back to the kitchen and handle plates without washing her hands. The hygiene needs to improve.

I've stayed here twice, and it's already one of the best hotels I've been to. A really nice place, with amazing staff.

The appliances are worn out, and the towels were dirty. There isn't a proper place to pray, or even a prayer carpet. I had to pray in the buffet area on a dirty carpet covered in breadcrumbs, with people walking over it in their shoes. I've paid less than 500 at other places and gotten better quality and cleanliness.

The rooms were a decent size, and having a separate room for my kids was nice. I stayed about three nights. There's free underground parking, and plenty of nearby attractions. Street noise was the main problem. The windows barely seem to block anything, so I could hear the street as if they were open. It made it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. Light sleepers should bring ear muffs. The hotel is on a very congested road leading straight to a roundabout with traffic lights. Leaving or returning to the parking lot could mean waiting 5-10 minutes.
