4/10
The location is excellent, the hotel is actually quite good, and the staff are friendly. There was no kettle in the room, but otherwise everything was fine. If you’re on the 4th floor, you’ll constantly hear a very loud kitchen ventilation noise, or whatever it is. It sounds like a tram is running across your ceiling all the time. Better not turn on the refrigerator either, it’s even louder.

The staff, room size, and breakfast all made for an enjoyable stay. The TV had only a few channels, though. These days it’s standard to have Netflix and YouTube. Soundproofing was poor too: voices from neighboring rooms carried through, along with suitcase wheels rolling at 5 a.m.

Smoke was noticeable the whole time. Although the hotel is advertised as non-smoking on booking, there are ashtrays in the rooms and a constant smell of cigarettes.

The staff were genuinely friendly, and breakfast was a simple Moroccan spread that was perfectly fine. I also liked the spacious bathroom, good room, and strong hot shower. Parking right by the entrance made this a great hotel for a Casablanca stay.

Whenever we're in Casa, this is where we stay. The rooms are wonderfully clean, the staff are nice, and breakfast is very good, especially the delicious orange juice.
