The reception team were helpful and friendly, and the Wi-Fi was slow but usable. The hotel has an older feel and is about 75 years old, while the rooms are spacious and the sheets and bath towels seem fairly new.

We really enjoyed our stay and would be glad to return. The hotel lobby is lovely, and there's an elevator if you have mobility issues or don't want to take the winding staircase. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, with a nice rain shower and a handheld shower head. It also had a sweet balcony facing a quiet street. The bed was comfortable, though it could use a mattress topper to make it cozier. Breakfast is available if you want it before heading out. The location is great for getting around Casablanca. We walked to Hassan II Mosque, Mohammed V Square and its beautiful fountain, and United Nations Square. The souks are a short taxi ride away or a brisk walk. This little hotel is excellent value for the price.

The rooms were decent, and although the website says they don't accept cards, they do. I wasn't given any towels. I was also told breakfast ran from 7 to 11, but in the morning I learned you have to state your preferred time and that breakfast had ended at 10. No one mentioned that at check-in.

The place feels like home, with thoughtful little details and pleasantly scented bed linen. The décor is lovely and oriental, almost like being in 1001 nights. The hotel, rooms, toilets and bathroom were all very clean and hygienic, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
