The rooms were clean and comfortable, and being close to Casa Voyageurs station made the location really handy. The flies around reception, though, were a poor first impression, and check-in felt slow and disorganized, especially for a busy time. I also had trouble regulating the room temperature. When I asked reception about the AC, they suggested opening the windows for a while, but the room’s control panel wasn’t working properly. With quicker, more welcoming front desk service, cleaner shared areas, and better upkeep of the room equipment, the stay would have been much better.

The room was modern and very clean, much better than the ibis Gare in Marrakech. Staff were professional and very good, and we used the underground car park for free. We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast, but I’d recommend the hotel.

The location across the plaza from Casa Voyageurs train station was ideal for a stop in transit. I had a very relaxing, comfortable stay, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful to us as foreign travelers. The breakfast service was the best and most complete I’ve had at a budget hotel.

The room was clean, but ants in it made staying uncomfortable. Breakfast was very poor too, with only six things to eat. I wasn’t happy with the stay.

The area doesn’t have much to offer, unfortunately, but the hotel itself was okay. Staff were great, and staying right next to the train station was convenient.
