The front desk staff were kind, patient, and organized when checking in our group, and did an excellent job under pressure. The airline had placed around 90 passengers at this hotel for two nights, which came as a surprise to the staff. The rooms were okay, with small but hot showers, comfortable beds, and windows that open a little. There are no toiletries like toothpaste or toothbrushes, and no coffee makers or refrigerators. The hotel is in a gated community with little nearby beyond the restaurant and a pharmacy, so we felt a bit trapped and had to pay high prices for bottled water and restaurant food. A 1.5l bottle of water and tea each cost 30dh. The first night was hard because we couldn't get a meal until 8pm, though the food was very good given how late our arrival notice was. Apart from the isolation, prices, and lack of things to do, the stay was as pleasant as it could be. More TV choices, a place to hang out, and options for refreshments and necessities would be nice. I appreciated the kind hotel and restaurant staff. Thank you.

I had a great time here. The place is great, though I had to find an adapter to charge my phone. I would have liked complimentary tea in the room.

The Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was nobody around to help with our luggage. My room was unbearably hot because the air conditioning wasn't working. There was no water or tea, and none of the basic things guests usually expect. It was a really disappointing stay, and I don't intend to come back. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service for future guests.

The place is compact and really nice, and the staff are kind and always willing to help. Nadia and Ayoub zhour were especially calm and supportive whenever we needed help with restaurant arrangements.

We felt very welcome, and the staff were helpful with our two-year-old, which meant a lot to us. Ayoub and the woman at breakfast helped make the stay relaxing. The hotel is in a safe area, with security guards controlling access to the hotel and park day and night.
