Conrad Rabat Arzana

The traditional Moroccan breakfast was a highlight every morning, with fresh breads, pastries, mint tea, and lots of local flavors. The sushi restaurant was another lovely surprise, and I’ll remember the relaxing spa for a long time. The hotel is gorgeous, peaceful, and elegantly designed. What made my stay special, though, was how warmly the staff treated me from the moment I arrived. Every detail was handled with kindness and professionalism, and the service was the best I’ve experienced. This place is a real gem in Rabat. I can’t wait to come back.

Nabil from valet parking made our arrival and departure easy and pleasant. He was kind and efficient. The hotel itself was beautiful, stylish, clean, and well cared for, with a welcoming feel that made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The service was always professional and friendly. What stood out at Conrad Rabat Arzana was the attentive, caring service, which can be hard to find even at a luxury hotel. Ismail at La Brise was consistently welcoming and professional whenever we saw him, and he made the experience feel more special. The hotel is beautiful, and we had an excellent stay.

Sara was so caring and attentive after my mum fell, and the head of security responded quickly to make sure she got first aid. We felt very well looked after for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was always a highlight, thanks to the friendly, attentive service from Hossain, Nassime, and Imai. Lauhoucen and Kawtar made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and Meryeum kept our spacious, spotless room in wonderful condition. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, with staff ready to help with towels. One morning, Souhail brought cakes to our sunbeds after our favourite had run out the night before. Such a thoughtful surprise. Everyone we met was friendly, and we had a memorable first stay in Morocco.
