Idou Anfa Hotel

The location is excellent, with restaurants, supermarkets, and laundry nearby. The concierge team was a welcome surprise, with several staff ready to greet and help, something I haven't often seen at other prominent hotels in the city. The property is a little old, and the rooms are on the small side, though fine for one person or a couple. The room was air conditioned, had good daily upkeep, and room service was good. Ground floor parking is available, but there aren't many spaces. Breakfast was the low point. The restaurant staff weren't welcoming or courteous, and there were no greetings. I went each day and saw no improvement, which put me in a bad mood at the start of the day. I'll have to think twice before staying here on my next visit.

The breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic range and quality, and we couldn't fault it. Our room was exquisite and spacious, with two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. We loved the decor and the view of the Mosque from our windows at the front of the hotel. We stayed one night at the end of our tour of Morocco. At check-in, a very pleasant male receptionist told us we'd been upgraded to a suite and could have a late checkout because our flight was leaving in the late afternoon. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was a small disappointment, but we got over it. Our stay at the Idou Anfa hotel in Casablanca was a lovely, memorable last taste of Morocco. Thank you.

Abdel, the bellman, really stood out. His advice about breakfast, getting around the city, and things to do in Casablanca made our visit better. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and the food was decent with a good range of choices. We had a pleasant stay, with special thanks to Abdel.

The rooftop restaurant has a lovely look, with good live music and a delightful view. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff acted very professionally. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety, though it got a bit repetitive. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'd recommend the hotel.
