The staff were kind and welcoming, and the hotel is new, modern, and has good tech. I liked that it has a pool and gym. Since it's newly opened, I can imagine some of these small details will fall into place over time. Our room, number 406, had frustrating light wiring: one switch seemed to control all the lights, so turning one off shut everything off, including the bathroom light. The bedside reading lamps couldn't be used without the ceiling lights, which made the lighting pretty useless at night. The rooms themselves are comfortable and modern, but not having robes also took away from the experience. Getting a towel and robe for the pool was a hassle. There were only two towels, already being used by a couple, and nobody was attending the spa area, so I had to ask at the lobby. The man there kindly got them and walked with me to collect them. Check-in was another letdown, since nobody told me about the pool, gym, or breakfast until I asked. The location wasn't ideal for us either: there's not much around the hotel, and the area and views aren't great.

They helped me get a cab to the airport at five in the morning, which made the trip much easier. From arrival to departure, everyone was attentive, accommodating, and provided excellent service. I was welcomed with complimentary snacks and mint tea after traveling, a really thoughtful touch. My room was immaculate and elegant. I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in Casablanca.

Demba deserves a special mention for the great service, and the staff were incredibly friendly overall. Parking might be tricky if you're a new driver or have a large car, though I had no trouble myself. A wonderful hotel, highly recommended.

We enjoyed the food, both breakfast and dinner. The staff were attentive and quick to help, and manager Shweta was phenomenal. It's one of the best hotels around, and we had an excellent stay.

The staff were great and the hotel itself is very nice and new. The downside is how isolated it feels: it's around 30 minutes from the central Marina Shopping Mall, with no western restaurants or shops near the hotel.
