Breakfast is the one positive: it’s included, though served next door, and you could find that elsewhere. This isn’t a luxury hotel. There’s no airport transfer, despite that being the reason we booked, and there’s no free Wi-Fi in the room. The advertised free Wi-Fi only works in the front desk area, which isn’t really a lobby. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come check us in, and the process was difficult. The front desk was rarely staffed, and the people there weren’t helpful. It was noisy during the day, though okay at night, and the hotel has very few amenities. We considered leaving for a real hotel as soon as we arrived. I wouldn’t stay longer than a day.

I like coming here in the mornings to work remotely and have coffee. It’s a calm spot, and the waiter’s friendly service really makes a difference.

The new team has been very professional and helpful, especially at the front desk and with room cleaning. Thanks so much. I especially liked the girl at reception.
