This was the worst of the 5-6 hotels on my trip. There was no hot water, and neither the AC nor the heat worked. There was no soap or shampoo, although I’m bald, and the comforter had blood stains. Water wouldn’t drain in the shower, and the phone didn’t work. To ask for anything, you had to take the lift, which didn’t seem very safe. Don’t stay here unless you have no other choice.

The food was very good and plentiful, and the staff were helpful and professional, especially Fatimazahrae. It was a little noisy at times, but the hotel’s great location, with everything nearby, made it worth the price. I highly recommend it and would gladly come back.

What stood out in a good way was the staff. They were very welcoming. The hotel itself was okay, but it was noisy every day. We were a group of 30 working night shifts and asked many times for the noise to stop so we could sleep. They didn't seem to care. The toilet also flooded when we showered, and the cleaning wasn't good.

Fati, Anouar, and Othman made a real difference with their kind, professional help and warm welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax. I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment. The service was excellent.

The staff were attentive and did everything they could to help. Walid deserves a special mention for being so welcoming and helpful. I’d stay again. Sure, it’s noisy, but I wear myself out sightseeing and can sleep through anything, so it didn’t bother me. Given how cheap the accommodation is for this location, I’m not sure what some of the bad reviews were expecting.
