Hotel Première Classe Casablanca Centre Ville

Traveling alone, I appreciated how safe and comfortable I felt here. The staff were the real highlight, professional but also kind and caring. My room was thoughtfully laid out, very clean, and had a wonderfully comfortable bed after a day out. The bathroom was clean too, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably. Premiere Classe Casablanca City Center was affordable and welcoming, and the whole stay was memorable. Big thanks to the team. I’d happily recommend it for the value and hospitality.

The attempt to get into our room around 2 a.m. was the most frightening part. We’d put our bags by the door for extra security, and in the morning it was partly open. With an early flight ahead, that was deeply unsettling. Then at 6 a.m. our pre-arranged taxi still hadn't arrived and nobody was at reception. We got help from parking security after waiting ten minutes. The receptionist eventually showed up, but had no record of our prepaid taxi or the cash service fee from the night before. After arguing back and forth, the taxi arrived half an hour late, nearly making us miss bag drop and our international flight. We’d asked reception politely to change the bedding and said we’d come back later to give them time. The receptionist said the room had been cleaned, but nothing had changed: the same wet, dirty bedding with footwear marks, dirty floors, and no housekeeping. When we first arrived, check-in had already taken over an hour. We’d booked a twin for two nights but were given a queen without being told. Staff initially said the hotel was full and couldn't help, then a twin room appeared about 30 minutes later. Communication with guests really matters, even if a hotel is short-staffed. That evening we asked for help arranging an airport taxi. We paid 300 MAD for the ride and another 100 MAD as a hotel “service fee,” which seemed unreasonable. I guess you get what you pay for, and the only reason this is two stars rather than one is that we tried to be patient and understanding with the staff. Poor communication, dirty wet bedding, no housekeeping, hygiene concerns, extra charges, and the safety issue made this a stay we wouldn’t repeat or recommend.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean, and the location worked perfectly for what I needed. The staff were friendly and quick to help whenever something came up. I had a really relaxing stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I was here for two weeks and had a great stay. Everything was just right, and all the receptionists were polite, especially zakaria and taha. I’ll definitely be back.
