The suites are a good size for the price, and the location is very good.

The electricity was suddenly cut off in the morning, leaving you to scramble to reactivate your card before checkout. They also impose a large, unreasonable deposit and refuse bank card payments, which I see as shady money laundering. Every part of the stay feels controlled, with no regard for hospitality. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and they seem intent on making your stay a nightmare. It has nothing to do with being a reputable hotelier.

There’s no manager on site to speak with, so you’re left with reception staff who are just following orders and can’t change the leadership’s ridiculous rules. They cut off the electricity because I hadn’t paid cash early enough for the extra night, even though I’d told them the night before that I needed to extend my stay for unforeseen circumstances and they’d agreed I could pay the next day. They also demand a cash deposit and keep it until their team inspects the room, while you wait in the lobby. For card payments they charge a 10% fee, which I’d never heard of being so high. It feels like they want cash to avoid taxes, since it’s harder to track how much they make when everyone pays in cash. An absolute nightmare. Don’t waste your time or money.
