The rooms were huge, spotless, and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out and feel at home. The property itself is modern and relaxed. Check-in felt especially welcoming: the front desk staff invited me to sit and relax while they took care of everything, and check-out was just as quick and smooth. A really positive stay, and I’d happily come back.

The location felt safe and convenient, right by the tram station and the fan park village, with a grocery store and pharmacy just a two-minute walk away. It was very family- and kid-friendly. The hotel is new, and the staff were positive and went out of their way to handle our many requests. Our rooms were modern, bright, spacious, and very clean, with excellent, comfortable beds.

Appartement 553 was a great, stress-free place in the middle of the city, with a big apartment and balcony. The circular design stands out, though I’d thought it might be a high-rise building. Customer service was great. A few things weren’t ideal: hot water was limited and the flow was low, there were no bathrobes or slippers, and there were no satellite TV channels. I collect hotel cards and didn’t like that they used a standard key.

We had the royal suite, with three rooms, including a master room and an excellent balcony. The kitchen really needs some basics, at least a microwave, glasses, plates, and so on. This is the best new place in Casablanca. We’ll definitely come back, especially because they respected our guests without asking for extra charges or a room.
