The management's silence is what upset me most. They never replied to my questions after I reported what happened. The location was good, the room decent, and the view was great, even though it faces the road and isn't soundproof. At 3 am on my first night, the power went out. The night guard couldn't help, and there was no hot water. Getting ready in the dark with only my phone light was awful. The second night was fine after an electrician came to fix it, but management still ignored me.

**DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS** They don't care about their clients' safety and wouldn't refund me even though unrest in the country made visiting unsafe.

There's only one lift, and no stairs you can use to get to the bottom floor instead. The setup is awful.
