A quiet spot at the top of the Kasbah, great for a vacation or a longer, relaxing stay. The traditional house is beautiful, with a rooftop terrace offering the best views of town and the mountains. We were hosted by a wonderful couple who made us feel at home.

The views over Chefchaouen are the best, and the place itself is simple and very peaceful. Rafa and Yolanda were lovely owners who kept checking that I was comfortable, and sometimes offered tea and food. The facilities were clean, the internet was quick, and the location was great and fairly easy to find. Very recommendable.

The village has such a peaceful energy, a welcome change from the stress of Marrakech. The terrace was lovely too, with fantastic views. I spent New Year’s Eve here with 11 friends, and it couldn’t have gone better. Rafa and his wife greeted us warmly with tea and fruit and told us a little about village life. We got a bit noisy during the party, sorry, Rafa, but they never complained. I’ll definitely come back.
