We weren’t even guests, but the staff still went out of their way to help us after flooding blocked the road to Chefchaoun. Our hotel in Tangier, El Minzah, wouldn’t help. Here, they welcomed us, gave us somewhere to dry off, and found a local person to take us back to Tangier when all the taxis were stuck. They really saved us.

The Wi-Fi was out, the doors were horrible, and the water stopped halfway through my shower.

The view is magnificent, but the service and food were very bad. I’d recommend the view, not staying there.
