The cats and tortoises living in the Riad added a fun touch, especially Carolina, the tortoise, so say hi if you visit! The atmosphere was lovely, and Chris was very friendly. The staff brought us what we needed, when we needed it. Hot water took a while to come through, but otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Our first family trip with eight of us went brilliantly. Christophe looked after us and helped with everything, and the Riad itself is lovely, right in the middle of the main town. We had an amazing stay and would recommend it completely.

We really enjoyed the relaxed feel of Riad L'Harmattan in Marrakesh. It's comfortable and has its own character, helped along by the playful cats who live there. Christophe was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious, a lovely start before heading out to explore the city.

There are nice places to sit and lie down around the hotel, including up top, and each room has its own bathroom with a toilet and shower. Our room was cute, with enough space and storage for our luggage; the bed was OK. The shower temperature was difficult to control, but it wasn't a major issue. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, and welcomed us on the first day with mint tea and a place at the table. I'd stay here again if I visit Marrakech.

Kacem made my visit feel personal, even introducing me to his two turtles and cats. He was welcoming from the start and went out of his way to make the stay great. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the best I've had in Marrakesh. The location is great, though Google Maps may point you to the wrong place. Use the What3Words app compass with "sourced," "mass," and "become," or call Kacem and he'll gladly guide you. I can't recommend Kacem House enough and will definitely return.
