The team at Riad Du Ciel made the stay special. Simo, Rachid, Sana and Mauna were welcoming and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean with an excellent breakfast. After arriving, we could relax on the rooftop: our room had its own section with a small plunge pool and day bed, while the main terrace had good views, blooming roses, and space to chill. Fresh flowers in the spacious, private rooms were a lovely touch. We landed at Marrakesh airport well after midnight, and our driver was waiting at the agreed spot. The transfer worked perfectly, exactly what we needed at that hour. Inside, the riad felt like a peaceful little island in the Medina’s chaos, with a lovely fragrance, a tranquil courtyard, beautiful lighting, a softly rippling pool, and an orange tree full of fruit. Simo, Rachid, Sana, Mona, Marwan and the rest of the team went out of their way to make our stay convenient and memorable. They welcomed us with dinner on arrival, did our laundry, and offered tea or water whenever we came back from a long day in the city. We really felt cared for. We spent 8 days at the wonderful Riad de Ciel and felt at home from day one. It’s well located in the Medina, close to plenty of restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and cozy. The rooms are clean and decorated in a beautiful, romantic style, with fresh towels and bed linen every day. Breakfast was delicious, with fruit, fresh bread, homemade pancakes, fresh orange juice, and more. Thank you all for making our stay in Marakesh so wonderful.

Rachid was great and helped us with everything. Breakfast, service, and cleanliness all get a 10. The room was very nice, though water leaked from the Patio, and the bathroom needs an upgrade.

We felt at home from the first minute in the Music Room. It has a cute atrium, a large bedroom, and a big bathroom, with a cozy, thoughtful, atmospheric feel. The staff are attentive, cleaning and tidying the room every day and bringing fresh towels. They’re always happy to go the extra mile with questions, tips, taxis, and transfers. Each morning started with a great breakfast and a welcoming smile. The riad is in a lovely Medina location and still very quiet.

Riad du Ciel is a peaceful hideaway amid the Medina of Marrakech, close to most of the important sights and a good base for wandering around. Simo, Rachid, and their fabulous staff are always ready to help, suggest tours and restaurants, or arrange transfers. Breakfast was great, with plenty of fresh local products. Highly recommend.
