TAJ CHEFCHAOUEN Luxury Hotel and Spa

The staff’s genuine hospitality stood out most. They were attentive and ready with helpful suggestions for exploring the Medina and finding local experiences. We only stayed one day this month, but it was relaxing and memorable, and we hope to return for longer. We’d highly recommend Taj Chefchaouen Hotel to anyone visiting Chefchaouen. The hotel is beautifully situated, with stunning views of the famous blue city and the Rif Mountains. Our spacious room was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, with Moroccan architectural charm and modern comforts. The balcony was a lovely place to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The on-site breakfast and dinner had a great variety, fresh local ingredients, and flavors that felt truly Moroccan. From arrival, the staff welcomed us warmly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and a relaxed feel. The reception team were just as kind and accommodating as Hatim and Oussama, who made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Their warm smiles and attentive care made the stay especially memorable. Taj Chapuen itself is stunning, with wide panoramic views that made every moment feel special. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back. ❤️❤️❤️

The view from our balcony was stunning, and the location put us right in the local community, with the little town easy to explore on foot. Just remember the walk back up after going down, unless you have a driver. LOL. Our room was spacious, with modern features like the TV and shower alongside older touches. I tried the spa and loved it, so it's worth making time for. Breakfast came with our package and had a nice selection. The food was yummy. The staff were warm and accommodating throughout. They even decorated my room with beautiful roses for my birthday and made me a cake. Irons and steamers aren't kept in the rooms, but one arrived right away when we asked. It was a lovely stay all around.

The terrace was a highlight, such a lovely spot to watch the sun set over Chefchaouen, with views across the whole city. It's also only a 3-5 minute walk down the steps to the main picturesque street. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, and the food was excellent. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, and quick to help whenever we needed something. We had a wonderful stay at Taj Chefchaouen.
