The rooms and bathrooms are both spacious, and the hotel has a modern look mixed with traditional Moroccan decor. It worked out okay for a short stay in Meknes, though it wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed. The doorman was very friendly, while the front desk could have been more welcoming. I left early and didn’t try the breakfast.

We got to Ziki Suites Hotel and Spa in Meknes around 6 pm. The pool was lovely, with lush garden landscaping around it, and from the far edge of the garden you can see the walls of Meknes and open views of the area. The rooms had been renovated and felt modern, and the hotel itself was pretty nice. For the full review and details of our 5 months Round The World RTW travels, visit 2bearbear today!

The price is much too high for the service they provide, and the staff were very rude. The service was horrible. Stay away from this bad hotel. Unless you don't respect yourself, you've been warned.

The pizza was burnt on the first bite, and there was a piece of aluminum in the next slice. When I complained, the waiter said I should have said something after the first bite. How could I know the second slice would be worse? I still had to pay, and got no apology or real fix, just excuses that this happens sometimes. How can this happen at a so-called 4-star hotel? I also had trouble getting hold of the manager. The receptionist said he was busy, though I saw him downstairs, and when I asked the waiter, he claimed to be the manager. The service was poor from the moment I arrived, and I had problems with the food. If you want to waste money and leave disappointed, maybe this is the place. Think twice before booking. This is my honest review, others can try it for themselves, but I won’t be back.

The pizza was burnt on one side, and another slice had a piece of aluminum in it. When I raised it, the waiter laughed and said I should have spoken up after the first bite. How was I supposed to know the next piece had metal in it? Even so, they made me pay. No apology or refund, just blank looks and attitude. The food felt disgusting and unsafe, and this is meant to be a 4-star hotel. I’ve had better service in street cafés. Getting help was no better. I asked for the manager more than once, but the receptionist said he was busy, even though I saw him sitting downstairs. Then the waiter told me he was the manager. The staff were rude and unprofessional from check-in and seemed not to care about guests. The service is terrible, and I regret ever setting foot in Zaki Hotel. If you value your money, time, or health, stay away. Don’t say nobody warned you.
