Urban Hotel and Spa

The hotel’s location worked well for us, a short distance from the city centre and train station. We had a car, but it’s convenient either way. The rooms were quiet and spacious, with really comfortable beds, and the whole hotel is brand new with a contemporary design that could rival top hotels in Europe’s major capitals. We stayed at the Urban Hotel for 5 wonderful days and were genuinely sorry to leave. The staff, from reception to the restaurant and the chef, were kind, professional, efficient, and attentive. The chef’s dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast was superb too, with fresh ingredients, lots of choice, and presentation worthy of a 5-star hotel. Housekeeping kept everything spotless and in excellent condition throughout. Congratulations to the whole Urban Hotel team. If you’re visiting Kénitra, this is definitely the place to stay.

For more than three years, I’ve stayed at Urbain Hotel about once a week, and it’s been a great experience every time. The staff are welcoming and professional, and you can tell they care about making guests comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it.

Talal deserves a special thank you. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. I had a fantastic time there, thanks to the warm hospitality 🙏

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the stay was comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. Everything went well, and I’d gladly recommend the hotel.
