We stayed at Mia Mazagan Hotel while in El Jadida for business and were very satisfied. The rooms, breakfast, and location were all excellent, and we felt we could stay there with complete peace of mind. The only small issue was slow Wi-Fi, but we're confident it'll be fixed soon. Thanks for the warm welcome.

The room was so cramped that there was barely space for our luggage, and the bathroom was small too. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep. The hotel itself is nice, but the parking was being checked by a security guard when my car got damaged. The manager was meant to contact me afterward, but never did. I tried contacting the front desk to find out what would happen, and they ignored me. Very disappointed with management's lack of follow-up and support.

The rooms were clean and fine, and there was nothing to complain about there. You can take surf classes during the day, and the ocean view is great. But the service was bad. The guy at reception was rude and acted like he owned the place.

The room felt brand new every day thanks to Zineb's cleaning, 10/10. I felt at home here. The hotel is well located and easy to reach, with good restaurant choices and plenty of breakfast options. Thank you!

Very clean, and everyone at reception was helpful. The budget rooms are too small, especially the bathroom. I expected a kettle even in a budget room, but there wasn't one.
