The welcome and hospitality were so good that we felt at home straight away. We only stayed one night, and wished we had more time. The room and service were immaculate, and we’ll definitely come back.

Walking around the neighborhood and seeing all the fossils was incredible. We also had a lovely night at Dar Oasis Moringa: the room was clean, quiet, and beautifully done in an authentic Berber style. The family running the place was so kind and generous, and breakfast was the best we had in Morocco. We were really glad we stayed and highly recommend it.

Omar and his family gave us a great welcome, and the Berber dinner with Omar was a real highlight. We had secure parking for our motorcycles, very comfortable bedrooms and great bathrooms, all in a quiet location. Our two nights here were the best of our three weeks touring Morocco. If I return to Morocco, I’ll stay here again.

The rooms have an artisan feel, and the family was friendly. It’s close to fossil mining sites and you can also drive to the Erg Chebbi dunes and walk in, instead of staying at a camp. A very nice homestay with good food.
