Hassan, the owner, and his nephew were proud to welcome us and very flexible about helping us feel at home. We got a warm welcome to a thoroughly charming Khasbah. A lovely homemade dinner came together spontaneously, and the wine made the evening feel five-star.

All three of us picked this as our favorite hotel from our week-long trip, even though we were happy with all of them. It felt like a home away from home, with nice decor, a very relaxing atmosphere, and friendly staff who spent hours chatting with us in the evenings. Thanks to Yusef and the team. It’s conveniently between Merzouga and Erfoud, and the food was great and excellent value.

Finding the Kasbah took some work with Google Maps, but we got there in the end and were glad we did. The rooms are beautiful, the food is good, and the staff are friendly and attentive. A very pleasant stay, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
