2/10
The restaurant was a letdown too. The food was barely edible, and the staff seemed more interested in clearing tables than serving guests. They were unfriendly and uninterested. It was impossible to relax with the constant background hum, probably from machinery, and every sound from the hall and neighboring rooms came through the poorly insulated walls. The windows looked older than World War II and did nothing to block noise. The whole building smelled musty. The shower water took ages to warm up and was still barely warm. The room was filthy, with hair all over the bathroom, and the pool was dirty and uninviting. The beds were rock hard, so a good night's sleep wasn't possible. Cleanliness clearly didn't seem to matter here. I've stayed everywhere from basic guesthouses to luxury hotels around the world, and this was the worst experience of them all. An absolute nightmare, with poor cleanliness, terrible service, and no comfort. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The pool was nice and the food was good, but the room was very dark because it lacked enough lighting. The bed was really dirty and had to be replaced by the service staff, and there was mold in the shower.

They give guests tea on arrival, and the pool is kept clean. The people were definitely kind, and I had a pleasant stay. It was clean, I had no issues, and I'd be glad to come back.

A little gem in Erfoud. The staff were so kind, and we really enjoyed our holiday here. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

It's a nice place, though a small city car can barely make it there. I also found it a little boring.
