Riad Les Jardins d'Henia

I came across this riad by chance and didn’t regret a minute of my time there. The rooms are clean, with a lovely blend of modern and Moroccan style. The owner and team were so kind and helpful, their hospitality is 5/5. Thank you, William, for the warm welcome and kindness. I’ll definitely see tou again.

I was due to stay at this riad for three nights, but my flight to Marrakesh was canceled because of widespread power outages in Spain. I asked for a refund, and the owner or manager repeatedly refused. I understand cancellations can be inconvenient for a business, but I expected a more reasonable and accommodating response given the circumstances. I was disappointed by how it was handled and wouldn’t recommend dealing with management unless they reconsider their approach.

The staff’s service and the exquisite food made our stay at the Riad les jardins d’Hénia unforgettable. They took care of every detail with luxury and attention throughout. It was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing getaway in Marrakech. Without a doubt, it’s an experience worth having. The service was attentive and friendly, and the riad felt like good value. It's in the busy Kasbah area of Marrakech, with roomy, clean rooms that are reasonably well kept. The little courtyard is charming and has a very small plunge pool. They can make traditional homemade food if you order ahead, and there's a modest hammam on site.
