Atlantic Hostel

We arrived at Atlantic Hostel four hours before check-in and were worried about where to leave our bags. The staff welcomed us with such cheerful smiles and kept our things safely in the storage room, so we could head out and explore Essaouira. After a long walk in the heat, the excellent showers were just what we needed. The beds were so comfortable that we slept for hours without noticing. Later, the staff told us there was a fully equipped kitchen. I avoid junk food and enjoy making meals at home, so being able to cook dinner felt like a blessing. In the evening, people were gathered playing music, dancing, and enjoying board games. There’s also a peaceful rooftop where you can relax and take in the view of Essaouira. This hostel has a magical charm and is one of the reasons I keep coming back to the city. I highly recommend it. ❤️❤️

The location is great, the vibe is relaxed, and the staff are really nice. I liked the rooftop too, though it was dirty. The dorm felt very cramped, and the bathrooms were dirty. Rooms were cold and humid, and the blankets didn’t feel hygienic or comfortable. The staff really were lovely, but that was about the best part for me.

The location made it easy to get around, with everything close by. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the service was excellent. Abdelssamad and Mohamed deserve a special thank you for being kind and professional. I had a great stay, highly recommend the place, and would gladly come back.

I’ve stayed at Atlantic several times, and each visit has been better than the last. The vibe, staff, and nomads who come through make every trip feel unique. Rooms are clean and comfy, the shower is well set up, and the whole place is managed well. I’ll keep coming back and definitely recommend it. Be ready for a great time.
