Khadija was terrific, easily 10/10. She arranged taxis, handled a problem with the rooms we'd booked, stayed patient and pleasant, and made sure we were looked after. Her helper Yusra was also 5+ stars. The included breakfast and dinner were served at a restaurant about a 5+ minute walk away, with excellent staff, food, service, and atmosphere. The apartment itself was spacious, with a large kitchen, furnished balcony, modern decor, good cleanliness, and a great marina view. But our room was above a nightclub, and both nights the music went on until sunrise. We tried earplugs and noise cancelling headphones, but the bass vibration still came through. There weren't enough outlets either. The bedroom TV had nowhere to plug in, among a few other small issues. Also, despite the name, this is in Salé, not Rabat. Rabat's blue taxis weren't allowed to come to Salé, so without Khadija's help we wouldn't have had a practical way to get into Rabat or back. Between the all-night noise and difficult transport, I wouldn't return. I would have given zero stars for those problems, but Khadija and Yusra brought the rating up to two. Thanks again, Khadija, for everything.

If you're particular about quality and details, there are plenty of other places in the same area to choose from. I wouldn't recommend this apartment. The walls were very dirty, the bathrooms were repelling, and the sofas had stains. It didn't seem like the people in charge cared about cleanliness or getting the place ready before guests arrived, and they hadn't arranged a deep clean. I stayed five days and was allowed just one cleaning service. It was hard to understand that limit given the condition of the place. When we messaged on WhatsApp with a request, the response took ages, and there wasn't an office to visit. Khadija also didn't seem willing to deal with us except by message. The people in charge weren't welcoming, either. This place isn't a good fit if you care about quality and value.

For the first part of our honeymoon, I had booked a stay here and requested a desirable unit with a nice view if one was available. We arrived to find nobody there to welcome us, and the apartment we were given looked onto another building. We also didn't receive the half-board dinner and lunch we'd paid for. I contacted Khadija, our designated contact, but she said all the units were fully booked and only the manager could make decisions, so she couldn't help. We felt neglected and disregarded, and the situation left a poor impression of management's concern for guest satisfaction and delivery of the advertised services. With no useful response from our contact, I'll now file an official complaint with Expedia.

For budget travellers, this felt like a luxury stay. The apartment was absolutely enormous and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a convenience store just a few minutes away for essentials. A WiFi router was brought partway through our stay, so it may be worth asking for one ahead of time if you don't want to wait. We stayed two nights and looked out over the marina bars and boats. The lively atmosphere along the wharf was fun. Some reviews call the apartments run down, and I can see why, mainly in the bathrooms, where limescale has left the drains struggling a bit.
