We'd love to come back! Our hosts were so friendly and glad to help, especially Nikita. The courtyard was lovely to sit in, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Wonderful hotel in Essaouira :)

The people who run the place really look after you. The wife usually works days and the husband late, and they'll make tea, bring biscuits after breakfast, and light the lounge fire when it's cold or raining. Even if you sleep past 11am, breakfast is waiting for you. The classic morrocon-style rooms, great wifi and good price all add to it. It's in the north east quarter of the medina, which can be a bit noisier than other areas, though we slept fine. The rooms can be small, so couples might want to try for a bigger one. There's a rooftop with deck chairs if you'd rather avoid the beach crowds and eyes.

The owner is wonderful and kind, and the woman who works there is helpful and always smiling. Everything is clean and the location is good. Highly recommended.

A very cozy Ryad right in the center of Essaouira, with really friendly staff. The home-made breakfast was awesome.

There were bugs in the room and hair on the bed. The sheets clearly hadn't been washed, and the towels were nasty.
