The main door closes behind you automatically, and you get your own set of keys for both it and your room, so there's no waiting for someone to let you in after a night out. The staff were welcoming and friendly, breakfast was good, and our room was clean and neat. The hotel is in a very strategic spot, close to all the popular places and within walking distance of the beach. We had a very good experience.

The location was perfect, just a 3 min walk from the harbour. The rooms were fairly small and had hardly any sockets. Breakfast was disappointing in both quantity and quality, and took around 30-40 min to arrive. Paying by card wasn't an option, despite it being advertised in Booking, so we had to withdraw cash and pay the local bank's fee to cover the accommodation.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the place was easy to find, close to the gate and right in the heart of the medina. The location was amazing. Our bedrooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and breakfast was good. Totally recommend it!

The Riad is as described and does what you'd expect, but Sukainah is the real star. Her manners are exceptional and her welcome felt heartfelt. She made my kids feel at home and went above and beyond to make things special for my son. Thank you, and we hope to see you again!

The staff were the best part, from the front desk to housekeeping and the kitchen. They were extremely friendly and gave genuine advice about shopping and things to do. The rooms are colourful, airy and nice, the location is close to many things, and breakfast was nice too.
