My room was right by the stairs, so I could hear guests walking past, though it wasn't a big issue. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there were fresh towels and toiletries. It's on a quiet alley inside the Medina. A fan to circulate the air would have made it five stars. I left my car at Bab Marrakech, a five-minute walk away, for 70dh/day.

I was meant to stay here on 16.05.2024, but the place was shut when I arrived and I was apparently 'transferred' to the Chakir! The owner/manager of dar zayna had a bewildering attitude, with no apology or explanation. A terrible way to start a holiday after a 2.5 hr transfer.

The rooms were cosy and really comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. ElHassane was quick to respond and very helpful. Thanks for the kind hospitality, I'd definitely recommend Dar Zayna.

We had a really great stay and are looking forward to coming back. Marouane was the reason for the five stars: he was there every time we needed him and was genuinely kind. For the last couple of days, he was the only one running the place, and he handled it amazingly. That kind of effort to make guests happy deserves recognition. To the owner, please consider giving him a raise. Thanks for the hospitality.
