My boyfriend and I had a lovely, relaxing stay of just under a week. The decor throughout is beautiful and tasteful, and although there weren’t many staff, they were friendly and attentive. We were disappointed that the cafe, spa, and yoga studio weren’t open at all while we were there. Since the place is a little farther from town, those facilities would have been nice, and I’d been really looking forward to yoga classes. It didn’t ruin our stay, though. We’d definitely recommend the place. Love Eden & Tom x

We arrived after fleeing Marrakech overnight during the earthquake and its terrible aftermath. Younes welcomed us with open arms, and the staff were kind and made us feel welcome. The hotel’s beautiful ambience was a pleasure to experience. It’s a one-of-a-kind gem just a few minutes from downtown Essaouira, and we’d highly recommend it to future guests.

We visited Essaouira in January, well off season, and were the only guests at the hotel. It was lovely and very welcoming, just a short distance from the main drag. It felt a little cold to me, though my wife enjoyed the pool.

A small, easygoing hotel with friendly staff, simple but adequate rooms, and a nice breakfast. We were there out of season, so the kitchen was closed for a few days, which was a minor irritation. Getting a taxi to town costs 40dirham, or it’s just a 200 yard walk to the sofitel if you fancy some luxury. I’d recommend it to couples or anyone wanting to get away and relax.

The fireplaces were wonderful, and I really loved the massage and yoga. We spent a week at beautiful tangaro, where it was clean, peaceful, and everyone was so nice. It's a lovely place to unwind in the sun. A taxi to the city center costs 3€. I'll definitely come back :)
