The people are nice, the rooms are lovely, and the cozy terrace has an awesome view. Their Tajines are incredibly tasty, especially the chicken-lemon Tajine. Like most places in the Medina, it's almost impossible to find on your own the first time, so it's better to take the offered pick-up service from place RCIF.

After a long, tiring day in the medina, it was always a pleasure to wind down in the cozy, comfortable room or out on the terrace. We had a really nice time in fatimas riad. Highly recommended!

Fatima is a really kind girl, and the riad is beautiful. It's small, but comfortable.

We had a reservation, but they tried to charge us almost twice as much, saying the booking price was wrong. This happened at night, right after we arrived, and they spent two hours negotiating with us until we finally decided to leave. In the end, I paid a little more than the original reservation price because we were stuck trying to find another hotel that night, especially in Fez. The toilet had no door, and the whole room smelled strongly of sewage. I wouldn't go back even if they paid me.
