The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the front office staff were nice. It's also an easy walk to a supermarket, which was useful. Wi-Fi worked, though it wasn't fast. The restaurant food is hard to judge: the pizzas were below average, and service was mediocre at best. I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews.

The rooms were good, which was about the only positive. I had no Wi-Fi in my room, and breakfast wasn't good, with no water or juice. I went down an hour and a half after breakfast started, but tables hadn't been set or cleared after other guests. Drinks on the rooftop cost far too much.

I worked in hospitality for years, and this was awful. The bathrooms were dirty, the Wi-Fi weak, and my room wasn't ready on time. The staff were rude and disrespectful, with no please or thank you, no polite smile, and a way of looking down on you. I asked the bar staff if I could borrow a bottle opener for a few minutes and bring it back. I got a disgusted look and was told, “we don’t sell any alcohol here.” That wasn't what I asked, buddy. Learn how to talk to people before working with them. A terrible experience of Moroccan hospitality. If you're used to the comfort of a four-star European hotel, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooftop bar was nice, with good service and pleasant views. The hotel's location isn't bad if street noise doesn't bother you, but rooms facing the road are a real problem. Cars could be heard all night, and I slept badly both nights. Breakfast was average, with limited choices and slow replenishment. The breakfast area looked shabby and old, nothing like the photos.
