The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to unwind after a day exploring the city, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. We found the riad peaceful, spotless, and well situated in the heart of the medina. The staff were always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the warm hospitality. Would happily come back, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Moroccan experience.

Riad Dar Fes has a laid-back feel and great service. The tagine was amazing, seriously delicious 😋. Our room was cozy, blending Moroccan character with modern comfort, and the staff were really friendly. A hidden gem right in the heart of the Medina!

We spent one night here on our way to Chefchaouen. The rooftop view was amazing, and the tagine was the best I tasted in Morocco. You could tell the owner had put love into cooking it. The host came with us to the property, which is slightly elevated and about a two-minute walk from the main highway, and everyone was welcoming and accommodating. I don’t know what it was about the bed, but I slept really well. Try the tagine for yourself.

My husband is from Fez, and this lovely piece of Medina history is right next to his family home. The rooms are large and spacious, and the linen was clean every day. I loved having hot tea on the roof while looking out over the Medina and old Fez. It feels like family here, with staff who are always kind, friendly, and accommodating. Al hamdullilah 😊, I’d recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting.
