Riad Dar Kirami

Abdel made our three days in Fes so enjoyable. His warmth and enthusiasm for his beautifully restored family riad and home city gave us a wonderful introduction to Fes. He was always available, nothing was a trouble, and he even helped plan our onward journey when our booked tour was cancelled. His tips on sights, places to eat, and where to shop for quality items were really useful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with individual themes, locally crafted furniture, and ornate details. Each one feels different. Dar Kirami is incredible, almost like staying in a museum, but with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The Moroccan breakfasts were delicious, too. The location is quiet, just a very short walk from the souks and close to the city walls for taxis. A lovely place to rest after exploring the medina and beyond. I'd highly recommend it for an authentic stay, warm Moroccan hospitality, and friendly local advice.

The riad is lovely, with a different theme in each beautifully decorated room. Our beds were very comfortable, the WiFi worked well, and there was air conditioning and heating. Breakfast was tasty, too. Abdu was a warm, proactive host, full of genuine enthusiasm for running the riad. He helped with everything, recommended things to see and good restaurants, and arranged a taxi from the bus station with his brother. When we left early in the morning, he even packed us a breakfast to go. Nothing felt like too much trouble.

The property's service was wonderful, and the local breakfast was excellent. The common spaces were nice and our room was comfortable. It's a very nice riad in the centre of Fez Medina. My wife, our 6-year-old daughter, and I stayed four nights some weeks ago, and I promise I'd come back if I get the chance to visit Fez again.

Breakfast was a lovely surprise, a great way to begin the day in Fez. The host was so kind and helpful, and gave us a lot of help planning our stay. We were lucky to find this place. This little gem was a highlight of our time in Fez. It felt a bit like an art museum, but also like staying in a family member's home where every detail was looked after. Clean, beautiful, and incredibly cozy. It's without a doubt the best riad I've stayed in. I'd love to return and would recommend it to anyone. 10/10!
