The apartment was a mess. The door was a struggle to open, there was a strange smell throughout, someone else’s food was in the fridge, and the kitchen was completely broken. I cancelled as soon as I arrived, and the owner initially refused to refund me. Edit: the owner eventually agreed to give me a full refund.

It’s comfortable enough, though nothing fancy. The location is convenient, but there aren’t any great restaurants nearby. Aziz, the owner, communicated really well. Since good restaurants are scarce in the area, the kitchen could use better utensils, pots, pans, and cutlery. There’s a huge Carrefour close by where, as of January 2019, you could buy wine, beer, and spirits. Things are always changing in Morocco.

A small place, but fine for two people. The bedroom and restroom are in the new ville, close to everything. It seems good.

Rude people and bad service. On the phone, they act as if they’re hosting guests for free. The woman only says yes or no and won’t answer basic questions.

A really pleasant place to stay, clean, quiet, and practical. Asmae, who was in charge, was very kind. Thank you.
