The food had delicious, authentic Moroccan flavors, and the rooftop terrace has breathtaking views of Fes. My room was spotless, spacious and full of charm. Riad Fes Miracle is stunning, with traditional Moroccan architecture alongside modern comforts. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

The breakfast was huge, and our bedroom was comfortable and clean. The riad has an attractive central area, and it's a nice old building not far from the medina entrance. We could walk there with our cases, and most of the main sites in old Fes were within a 20-minute walk. We were on the top floor, which meant a lot of climbing and made handling our bags difficult. The bathroom was cramped, and the shower curtain was too short, so water got everywhere. There were lots of flies on our floor, though not in the breakfast area, and a slight smell of cats. Sound carries throughout the building, so even with the windows shut on our high floor, we could hear people talking at breakfast downstairs. They don't take credit cards, so bring enough cash to pay for your stay.
