Our group of nine stayed two nights and had four rooms. They were all spacious and nicely decorated, with large bathrooms. The riad itself is beautiful, and the staff were attentive, helpful, friendly and welcoming, though I didn't catch their names. Breakfast was included and offered a decent buffet. The riad is in a quieter part of town, quite far from the old medina. That wasn't a big problem for us since we had our own transport, but it could be inconvenient if you don't have easy access to transport.

The rooftop view across Fes is incredible, better than the panoramas around the city. The riad itself is gorgeous, with an authentic Moroccan feel, and the staff made the stay. Lotfi was on hand whenever we needed anything, and our guide Dris was kind, knowledgeable, and wonderful company. He showed us around Fes, then drove us all the way to Tangier the next day. The team was amazing.

The service made our three nights at Riad Fes Nass Zmane especially enjoyable. Everyone treated us like guests in their own home and did everything they could to make us comfortable. We also loved the location, our spacious, comfortable room, and the many tasty choices at the breakfast buffet. Dinner was fantastic too. My wife and I would happily stay again and recommend it to friends.

We spent two nights here and loved relaxing on the rooftop, whether watching the sunset, napping in the sun, or listening to the call to prayer during Ramadan. The building is beautiful, and the owner and staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast each morning was a generous, delicious spread.

Fatima and Lotfi were so kind and welcoming. They even arranged breakfast an hour early because we needed to leave ahead of schedule, which we really appreciated. Their thoughtfulness made our visit special. The hotel was charming, clean, and comfortable, right in the heart of Fes Medina. A lovely place to stay while visiting Fes.
