It's impossible to sleep in the rooms because of the noise. Everything else was lovely, from the beautiful building and great lighting to the respectful people and excellent service.

The room was cozy and clean, but loud music and heavy bass shook the doors and bed until 4 am!!!!!!!!!!

The music carried on until 4 am during my stay a week ago. Then at 3 am the fire alarm went off, and staff opened doors half an hour later while looking for a fire. There was a strong smell of smoke. They told me to go back to bed because it wasn't in my room 🙄

The room was clean and cozy, with elegant decor, and the attentive staff and impeccable service made it memorable. I had an exceptional stay in the luxurious ambiance. I highly recommend it.

The parrots in the breakfast room are noisy and too big for any cage, they should be set free. Weekends can be noisy, so ask for a room at the back. And the guy at the front of the hotel telling me how to park, FFS.
