Résidence Ifrane Palace

For someone hard to please, this family-run hotel was a great stay for the price. The staff were fantastic, caring, helpful, and accommodating, and the place has a real family feel. It’s pet friendly, they speak English and French, and there’s parking. Some parts could use updating, but the basics all worked well, including the elevator, TV, hot water, air conditioning, and heating.

It was convenient to have parking here, since parking in the city center is difficult. The hotel was clean, and our room was tidy and well arranged, with exceptionally clean towels that looked almost new. There was also a balcony with a little table and chairs where we could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Ifrane central Market is nearby and a good place to grab a bite. We usually stay at another hotel in the city center, but it was full, so we booked this one. My only issue was the blankets. There were just two, and they weren’t warm enough. The extra ones we requested were thin too.

We found a clean, beautiful, spacious and very comfortable house near the Medina, and had a really good stay. The city is clean and the people are friendly. It was a great place to properly rest after the stress of work, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for that.

The room was clean and breakfast was good. I really liked all the woodwork around the hotel, and the pool was great for kids. It was a little expensive.
