We stayed at the end of January and loved the cozy atmosphere, especially with the fireplace lit for dinner and breakfast on all four days. The location at Bab Ziat (Ziat door) was easy to navigate for tours. The Riad is absolutely stunning, and the service was exceptional. We also had four splendid, generous dinners here, along with the included breakfast. We recommend it.

Abdoub took wonderful care of us and made sure we had what we needed. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was very clean, beautifully appointed, and full of traditional architecture. The Riad has a lovely atmosphere, with beautiful dining and common areas, plus a rooftop terrace and pool. We couldn’t enjoy the rooftop or pool because of the December weather. I’d certainly recommend staying here.

A real hidden gem. The hospitality from Abdou and the rest of the team was outstanding, right from booking through my last moments at the Riad. Everyone was welcoming and on top of things. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Fes. Thank you!

The breakfasts and dinners were the best we had anywhere in Morocco. Riad Semlalia is a perfect base in Fez, with spotless rooms, traditional decor, and a wonderfully welcoming host, Abdou. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Wish I could give it even more stars. Thank you 🤩

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Riad Semlalia. It’s peaceful and beautifully decorated, with great service and breakfast. Ahmoud was a fantastic host and very helpful.
