The room at Relax Hotel was spacious and quiet, with comfortable bedding that made it easy to unwind after a long day. I stayed three nights in Kenitra and found the hotel clean, comfortable, and well located for getting around. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, and housekeeping kept everything in good shape. Relax Hotel felt like good value, and I’d happily return. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Kenitra who wants a comfortable, relaxing stay.

I was in Kenitra for an emergency with my 10 month old son, and the staff made everything much easier. They were so helpful and made our stay pleasant. I felt at home at Relax Hotel. Thank you, we’ll be back in summer with the whole family! 🇲🇦

The room situation was especially frustrating. They moved me out of my original room for repairs and said I could return after two days, but I later found out it had been given to someone else. After asking for two days, I was finally moved to another room with a big bed. One girl at reception was helpful and went to assist me right away when I was moved back. I also had trouble with the Wi-Fi. It didn’t work at all, even after I told the staff on three different days, so I couldn’t talk to my family. Breakfast was another letdown: if you weren’t among the first in the restaurant, there might not be any coffee left. I don’t understand how this is rated a 3 star hotel.

Mohamed at reception was great and helped me a lot with my onward train ticket. The hotel was good too, with a nice restaurant. I enjoyed my stay.
