Room 123, the one on the right, has a stunning mountain view, so I recommend it. There's a fan, though the hot water takes a long time to come through. I really enjoyed my stay, and the receptionist was incredibly kind. The restaurant staff are very friendly too, they recognize me and serve me within five minutes. Sometimes the food is cold, but that's rare, which is why I rated it 4/5.

The staff were professional and helpful, but the service during my stay wasn't up to par. The showers didn't even have the basic amenity of hot water. At night, the restaurant staff made disturbing noises while cleaning when I was trying to sleep. I had hoped for a pleasant stay, so I wanted to share these problems.

We ate lunch at the hotel every day for a week. The welcome was really warm, and the staff were friendly and cheerful. The food was generous and very affordable. We highly recommend it!

*Monday, July 28, 2025, a very bad experience.* I ordered chicken with fries, rice, and salad, and made it clear I didn't want chicken that had been cooked ahead, grilled until burnt, or reheated in a microwave, which I hate. The "manager" stepped in and confirmed we'd get fresh rotisserie chicken that wasn't burnt. We waited and sat down while my partner ordered harira soup. At first, I was so pleased with the customer service that I even posted a rave review on Snapchat. Once we got back to our apartment, just 5 minutes away, we found the chicken burnt and everything cold, clearly reheated despite what we'd asked for. The food quality was poor despite the promises, and the service didn't live up to them. Avoid at all costs.

The food was bad. None of the dishes were good, and the chicken and vegetables still had blood.
