The team made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and they looked after us so well during our four days. Special thanks to Ayoub, Khalid, Abdelhay, Ibrahim, and Farid. When we said we’d love some pomegranate juice, they soon made it available at the hotel. They were just as quick to arrange other things we mentioned we might like. Our room was spotless and stylishly designed, and everything at the hotel seemed to run smoothly. We were really happy with the care and professionalism from the staff. We’d gladly come back and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech.

We had dinner at L’Hotel Marrakech last night and loved every minute of it. The setting was beautiful, the staff were wonderful, and the food tasted like delicious home cooking. I’ve never had a better tagine in Morocco. We couldn’t stay at the Riad because it was fully booked, but we hope to return. It seems like such a romantic, peaceful oasis in the middle of the busy medina.

The food deserves a mention for its quality, generous portions, and choice. Service throughout was warm and professional, with the staff engaging naturally while staying discreet. The hotel was fully booked, so we asked if we could come for dinner instead. From our first contact, everyone was kind and professional. Inside the busy Medina, the place feels beautiful, peaceful, and elegant. The welcome and service were even better than the food. Thank you both for a lovely end to our holiday.

We only ate dinner at L’hotel, but it was the best food we had in Morocco. The service was on another level, and they seemed to handle even the smallest details effortlessly. Ibrahim and Ayoub made the evening feel special. Big thanks to both.
