Breakfast was okay, though there isn’t much else to say about it. The room was dark and cold, and the bedsheets definitely hadn’t been washed after the previous guests. They gave us a heater, but it barely helped. There are much better places for the same money.

I’ll keep this polite after a four day stay. There’s too much to mention, though I do want to say that some of the staff members were friendly and helpful.

The artwork is especially exceptional, and the service was great. It’s a beautiful Riad, with a very accommodating team. I highly recommend it.

On the day we were meant to check in, the hotel canceled our confirmed reservation at the last minute, saying they were closed. We passed by and saw it was clearly open and operating. I strongly believe they canceled because we’re locals and gave our room to foreigners for the trail event that weekend. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Dear Riad Saida, thanks for canceling my reservation, which I’d made three weeks earlier, because you were “closed.” I loved driving past your VERY closed hotel with ZERO cars outside over the last 3 days 👀 They must have been ghost cars I saw!
