Cesar Resort & Spa

I only stayed one night, but everything was excellent. The restaurant was nice, reception was great, and the hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. All the staff were welcoming, kind, and professional. Imane at reception was especially friendly and helpful. I also want to thank the woman making tea in the restaurant; she was so kind and made me feel at home. Thanks to everyone for the lovely service. I’d recommend the hotel and hope to return soon.

Imane and Mohssine made our stay at Hotel Cesar so enjoyable. When we had a room issue, Imane dealt with it quickly and thoroughly, and was a delight to be around. She was professional and went above and beyond to make sure it was sorted. Mohssine was just as friendly and helpful, and made our son’s time in Marrakesh special. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Cesar.

The noise was awful: they hold private parties for outside guests in the restaurant and play music loudly until 01:00, even when staying guests complain. And the charges felt like a scam. A bottle of water cost 70 dirham, they claimed towels were missing at checkout to get extra money, and two receptionists gave me different prices for an airport transfer. The Spa is supposed to be a 5 star requirement, but it’s basically a lukewarm pool. There’s no sauna or hamam. They say a hamam is available if you book a scrubbing session or massage, but you can’t book one. This is not a 5 star. Throughout my trip in morocco I stayed in more budget friendly places, and none of the other hosts acted as unprofessional, scummy, or scammy as these guys. They treat customers like animals. I have no idea how they got 5 stars.

The hotel was clean, with modern rooms, a convenient location, and a good range at breakfast. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely courteous and kind. I enjoyed the stay with my family and will definitely come back.
