We only booked one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. We’d chosen it at random because we wanted somewhere with fairly easy access to Marrakesh Airport, and it turned out to be an unexpected treat. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and there were lots of beautiful places to sit and take in the view and peaceful surroundings. Khaled’s hospitality was first rate. We’d love to come back one day.

Khalid, the owner, was so kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We felt safe there, and it was a true Moroccan experience in the village.

The village is quiet and small, and we saw a colourful sunset and met lots of local kids. Staying here was a great experience, in a stunning little oasis in the middle of the desert. Khalid is an amazing host and a great cook; both dinner and breakfast he made for us were delicious. I’d recommend it 100%.

We stayed two winter nights as a family in the big room on the roof beside the terrace. The views of the lake were great, and the desert hills aren’t far for a trip. You’ll want a car for this location. Khalid spoke English well, which helped since our French is limited. The room’s airco also warmed it up, which was excellent. Breakfast was simple but good, with eggs and strong coffee. If you need anything, ask, and it will work. Staying here was a good choice.

A very quiet, beautiful spot with a comfortable room and a strong shower. The proprietor was gentle and friendly, and went out of his way to make the breakfast we wanted.
